Recently a new hoax email has been sent out specifying that recipient is over their quota and to expand usage by clicking on a link. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS. E-Access will never ask for your details via email or any electronic message any message that asks for this or similar information should be deleted immediately.

New Dial Up Number

E-Access is upgrading to a new network and the dialup service is the first to be switched over to this new network. Our dial-up customers will need to update their computer settings to dial into our new number. The new number is 0198 333 512.

Recently there has been a large number of scam emails sent out to our customers. The most recent one has asked our customers to provide their Webmail ID, Password and Date of Birth to avoid having their account closed.
