Recently there has been a large number of scam emails sent out to our customers. The most recent one has asked our customers to provide their Webmail ID, Password and Date of Birth to avoid having their account closed.

Please remember that E-Access will never ask for your username, password or date of birth in an email. Any email which asks such things is a scam and should be deleted.
