Please note that our standard support desk will be closed from midday Friday 23rd of December until Monday 9th of January.
For emergency support during this period, please phone 1300 13 88 10 and select support. This will direct you to our paging service - technicians will available to return your call.
You will still be able to lodge a support ticket by emailing noc@e-access.com.au during this time, however responses may be slightly delayed.
