ADSL Setup Costs
For a ADSL service connection, a setup and connection fee will apply. The fee will vary depending on whether this is a new connection, existing connection and which (if any) ISP you are transferring from.
The following schedule explains which fees will apply for your connection.

All ADSL connections require a modem. If you require a modem, please specifiy whether you would like us to supply a modem when you order your connection.

Fast Transfer (churn)
If you intend to use the Fast Transfer (churn) process to move your broadband service to E-Access, you will need to download and fill in our Fast Transfer Form here, and get it to us by fax or mail. For more information, contact Helpdesk on 1300 13 88 10.
Excess Data Usage
ADSL Usage is measured on either the user's download or upload, which ever is greater.
Once customer's usage reaches the Data limit, the speed of the connection will be reduced to 64kbps for 256/64 ADSL plans, and 128kbps for all other plans.
Each account comes with 10 hours free backup dial-up on request.
