Instructions for changing the username on a Billion 7100 Pro

In Internet Explorer clear the address from the address bar and type in 192.168.1.254.

You will be prompted for a username and password. Enter the Username ‘admin’ and Password ‘password’ and click OK.

Once logged the main status screen ‘Home’ should look similar to the following:

Under Configuration on the left hand side click on WAN.

Ensure Adapter is set to ‘Pvc 0’.

Click Submit.

Set the 'ENCAPSULATION' to PPPoA VC Mux.

In the 'USERNAME' box, type in your username in the following format:
username@dsl.e-access.com.au

Enter your password in the password field.

It should now look like the following:

Click the Submit button located at the bottom of the page, (This page refreshes). Click on the Save Configuration link located at the bottom of the page which brings up the following screen:

Click Save & Reboot

Above states the Billion 7100 Pro Router/Modem is being rebooted. Upon a successful reboot you should be online, this is known by the ADSL light coming back to the solid state and the above message confirming that the modem has finished the reboot.
